How many grams of gelatin are in 1 cup of stock made from cartilaginous sources such as pigs or chicken feet?

I know... seriously, lets give them more apple juice. NOT! Breastmilk, broth, or raw milk. That's it at our house.

@BeingVenus, I can't remember where you posted it, but broth in sippy cups for kiddos is pure genius. I've been meaning to thank you for the idea.

I know there are variables, but any value for those variables would be fine by me, e.g., 4 chicken feet boiled in 3 quarts water for 24 hours yields X grams.

"Trust your food" - I like that. When you give up foods that come in a package and start making your own from scratch, you really are forced to abandon counts and measurements and start simply trusting your food choices.

Totally depends on how long you cook it, how much was in each individual foot, etc. There really isn't a good way to standardize the measurements like processed food. Better to just have your broth every day and just trust your food.
