Broken hand, any advice for how to have it heal faster or workouts I can do with a messed up hand

I fractured a plate undeneath my pinkie finger, which is annoying cause I drum and workout, what are some work outs I can still do and how can I heal faster

Get a swiss exercise ball. You can do many exercises (just surf youtube) with it. I also sprained my wrist, in similar predicament. I also swim but if you have a cast just stick with the ball.

Tabata sprints! You will fall off the treadmill wanting to puke without ever using your finger. If you can't even hold the sides of the treadmills for whatever reason, maybe tabata high knees?
