I fractured a plate undeneath my pinkie finger, which is annoying cause I drum and workout, what are some work outs I can still do and how can I heal faster

Get a swiss exercise ball. You can do many exercises (just surf youtube) with it. I also sprained my wrist, in similar predicament. I also swim but if you have a cast just stick with the ball.
