Post partum problems...

I have a couple questions...so I just gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby boy 9 weeks ago. I am having a HARD time losing the baby weight. I am eating paleo/primal (kerrygold, full fat yogurt and grassfed cheese). Yesterday's meals for example were 3 scrambled eggs with kerrygold with bacon, peppers and onion, lunch was hamburger in a lettuce wrap with lettuce and tomatoes, dinner was grilled chicken over lettuce with avocado, bacon, eggs, tomatoes with olive oil and lemon juice.

I used to be strict paleo with occasional IF and was down to 123 lbs, prior to getting pregnant I was around 140 lbs (had fallen off wagon for a few months and started paleo up and finally got pregnant - almost immediately after changing my eating after a period of infertility). During these times I was not exercising however I am an RN in a busy ICU and I worked 60+ hours on my feet while pregnant up to the Friday before I gave birth. (My co-workers thought I was crazy at 9 months pregnant working 72 hours some weeks on my feet!) Because of terrible aversions to meat and eggs I was not paleo during pregnancy but only gained 33 lbs total.

I am exclusively breastfeeding and plan to keep doing so until the baby is at least one year old. I am also pumping. I have started exercising using the bodyrock.tv website but I am SOOO out of shape. I am also stuck around 150 lbs. I lost some weight initially and then more with going back to eating paleo/primal. Just an FYI eating like this has not had any effect on my breastmilk supply if anything I am overproducing. I am realizing that I need to stick to exercise rather than just diet (which worked in the past) because my body has changed and I should see results over time but my questions are...

1. Other than cutting out my dairy products what else can I do to speed this thing up?

2. During dinner last night I drank a 1/2 glass of red wine and was so dizzy I couldn't drive home- is this maybe because of my lack of carbs during the day?

3. Is my breastfeeding preventing me from losing the rest of the weight?

I'm trying to be patient but I WANT MY BODY BACK.
