Sugar is good for you, so there's no reason to avoid it. Here's a crazy concept: If you are craving sugar, you should eat it! Ketosis is a back up fuel source, an adaptive stress response in times of short food supply. Your body should run on sugar from fruit, but other sugars aren't too bad either. It's the PUFA's that f*ck everything up. No need to fear sugar.
