Smoothie for breakfast?

Is it okay to have a smoothie for breakfast once in while? Consisting of raw eggs, spinach, avocado, frozen berries and cinnamon? Or would it be a better alternative to have hard boiled eggs, some almonds and blueberries + a cup of green tea?

Eating eggs raw is not the best way to utlize the protien.

smoothies are great though, unless major fat loss is your goal and you need to abstain from morning carbs. Otherwise i would (and do) have the smoothie with two hard boiled eggs on the side.

It comes out as a good and healthy dish. If you have allergy or something else then you can avoid any of the ingredient.

Sure, that sounds great.  Just don't put in a whole bag of spinach in there as raw spianch is high in oxalates, but a little bit here and there is fine.  If you have trouble with this, you could steam the spinach for a few minutes first.

Some people have issues with the raw egg whites - the avidin can cause stomach pain.  If it doesn't bother you, by all means, enjoy.  If it does bother you, just use the raw yolks and discard the whites, or cook them and do something else with them.
