I couldn't help but imagine tiny banana eggs. Like robin eggs but yellow with black spots.

I make pumpkin pancakes with roasted pumpkin + egg + cinnamon. Yum.

If they fit into your macros, don't cause any adverse effects, and fit into your goals, go for it. I have them for breakfast quite frequently

And as long as you are not so insulin resistant that you have issues with your blood sugar from the high glycemic load of the banana. If you are trying to lose weight, you may want to vary your breakfast menu.

As long as you don't feel any ill effect from it. Personally if I eat sugar (fruit or otherwise) first thing in the morning, even during the day, I have terrible brain fog. I usually indulge on the weekend or at night.

Banana = paleo. Egg = paleo. So, yes, until you tire of them.
