Can someone give me a recipe for paleo friendly bread with white rice as the main ingredient

FWIW, that'd be Perfect Health Diet-friendly, not really paleo-friendly. :-)

I've made this recipe before, and it's turned out great. The xanthum gum isn't necessary, but it can help texture. And you can stick to including either-or of the potato or tapioca starch - you don't need both.

Another non-strict paleo options is pure-starch (potato or tapioca) rolls, with dairy. Granted, this would be a roll (hard outside, perfectly crumbly) and not really "bread" (i.e. can make slices). I posted a recipe to my recipe on starchy cheesy rolls here. Works for burgers, but not really sandwich meat.
