Foods/spices/tinctures/beverages/suppliments/exercises that boost brain function

Lately I've been a bit manic, I stayed up all Saturday night (and most of Sunday) working on a story I was writing, and even though I got a good night's sleep last night, it still feels as though someone stuck a spoon up my nose, whisked it around in my skull, and my brain ran out. I've been spacey, cloudcukoolanding, disconnecting from things, and have been forgetting things right and left. Anything out there that can improve brain function?

I'll try that (even though my brain seems to be regrowing) My neighbor gave us a branch of rosemary and we've been wondering how to put it to use-I think i know how now

One of the best brain foods other than fish is eggs. All the common kitchen herbs (rosemary, basil, oregano, dill, ginger, cinnamon etc.) contain numerous compounds that help brain function. Water helps after a sleepless night too. So a couple of glasses of water and some herbed scrambled eggs might help.
