You seem to be posting quite a lot of links to your own website to questions that are several years old. Instead of doing that, please post your answers here, otherwise, we might think you're doing SEO style stuff to drive traffic to your blog, and we'd have to delete your account.

Only intervenous usage can be pro-oxidant. Oral is anti-oxidant. Its not only about antioxidants anyway. BTW, UL=2g, that is 2g is considered safe for all people by standard medicine.

Go and listen to these 2 podcasts at www.MeandMyDiabetes.com. Shelley is a great interviewer. She interviews Sam Henderson and Dr. Ron Rosedale on this.

I'm not entirely clear about the question, but I'll take a stab at it.

Alzheimers disease and Parkinsons disease are well-known degenerative diseases of the central nervous system. There is fair evidence that the traditional Mediterranean diet helps prevent them. Not proof, just suggestive observational studies for the most part.

All the usual experts on Alzheimers typically recommend regular physical activity to help prevent it. Again, no hard proof. And no concensus exercise protocal.

The paloe diet/lifestyle may be a great approache we await hard evidence.

I think most important are:

  1. Exercise, like walking or HIIT
  2. Low carb diet without trans fats and wheat.
  3. DHA, 1g.
  4. Vitamin C, 4-8g
  5. Vitamin B complex, ~ 50mg each
  6. Piracetam 3-6g
  7. Lecithin, 300-600 mg
