i am non celiac gluten intolerant. (enterolabs testing) been gluten free for about 6-7 weeks. at first i felt fantastic after a week. i was really flyin high. but then i noticed sensitivites to more of the cross reactors. especially corn, oats, possibly milk. i had some lime popsicles from trader joes that gave me a glutened feeling. now i havent had any bad brain fog/ headaches like i use to get. but i dont feel like i am improving as much either. i am watching what i eat. my mind is still foggy, it feels like i am backsliding or plateauing. is this normal ?
