Vitamin K2, breastfeeding, and chewing tough foods... although you've got to pre-empt it!

I don't think there is anything non invasive. Braces or palate expansion, are all invasive but as successful as we can get. The damage was done during the first years of our lives, so now it's too late. My teeth are extremely crooked, overcrowded and what not. I have celiacs but stopped the diet when I was 3 or 4 (I think), so the gluten did really bad damage. My brother has pretty nice teeth. I am still hoping for braces or similar device, and don't think eating right will help with the jaw's structure, all i can hope for is lowering the risk of decay and gum diseases.

Ramiel Nagel has a discussion of braces and treatment options in his book Cure Tooth Decay. I recommend reading it first if you are contemplating getting dental treatment.

I've had problems with my teeth for as long as I can remember. Had supernumerary teeth pulled when I was a kid. Had braces to correct my adult teeth...but crowding has forced one of my lowers behind the rest of the teeth, leaving me with a single snaggle-tooth.

I'm having the snaggle-tooth pulled on Wednesday. My dentist thinks the gap will close on its own accord.

Kind of a special circumstance but just goes to show you that even adult teeth can and will migrate...
