I need some new reading...

I love to nerd out on some good paleo reading, but I'm not sure where to go next. I would like something a little more in-depth, science-laden and preferably somewhat up to date.

I've read the following:
- Paleo Solution
- Primal Body, Primal Mind
- Primal Blueprint
- It Starts With Food
- Why We Get Fat

I know I'm getting much of the same info over and over again, but I still enjoy the reading. Anyone have any favorites they'd recommend?

Hmmm. You want something "a little more in-depth, science-laden and preferably somewhat up to date" ... sounds like the Jaminets' Perfect Health Diet would fit the bill quite nicely.

Check out Paleo Magazine. I just spent $2.99 to download the most recent digital edition and I'm pretty sure I'm going to go ahead and subscribe for the year. It's got a good chunk of real science, lifestyle applications, recipes, health discussions, and also has ads for food and products I'd actually buy and companies I'd actually support. Check it out: http://paleomagonline.com/

The Art And Science of Low Carbohydrate Living - the scientific approach to ketosis.

The Art And Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance - the practical implementation of a diet inducing ketosis.

The Fat of The Land - Vilhjalmur Stefansson's anthropological story of the eskimos, how they lived, their diet and how he lived for a year on meat alone.

A Life Without Limits - Chrissie Wellington's autobiography about her life and career.

The Savage Sky - basically the diary/reminiscences of B17 radio operator during WW2.

I figured a couple of books that went outside paleo could be interesting too :)
