Has anyone read the book Eat Fat Lose Weight or Body Ecology? Are they worth the $$$

I have read Eat Fat... Excellent, no woo, WAP informed, lots of recipes using coconut oil.

I've read Body Ecology. It was OK. There is definitely some woo woo, but it can be Paleo-compatible. It's similar to GAPS.

Body Ecology was our segue into WAP, and then after that we moved towards paleo. So, it was a great primer for us. She advocates food combining: no protein and grains, and lots of fermented food. There are definitely things that are on her "no no" list but I can't remember them. She lost me when she drifted towards her espousal of the Blood Type Diet.
