Losing bone strength

My close friend has been spewing this problem to me for a while. His wrists are shrinking rapidly, forearms are disappearing, and shin bones just feel weird. He says he could rip his own hand off if he wanted to! It sounds weird, but it describes how frail his bones feel in the arms and lower legs. No pain or achiness, just that he has the feeling like he could break his bones really easily! Otherwise, he seems fairly healthy.

Having this resource, I was wondering what people would have to say. Another weird point is that this started when he began eating really high amounts of protein/stopped having excessive intercourse with his girlfriend. He realized he was becoming addicted to orgasm and stopped cold turkey for two months to reboot his brain, and he has gotten good results supposedly. However, since abstinence, his bones have just not been feeling strong at all, and I can see how skinny his forearms and wrists are.

Please get over your laughter and hopefully someone can relate, or has an answer.

We're dealing with a 24 yo male, and been Paleo for a couple years now.

Cause I believe your friends issues to be psychological rather than anatomical....thought that was obvious.

What's the point of even saying this?

That sounds unusual Henry maybe you should see a doctor. On the lighter side I probably would of done the opposite and lowered the protein first;)

Your bones do not lose strength/size just like that in a few months. It takes tens of years to develop osteoporosis or something similar. Furthermore, I'm not sure how you can actually feel the strength of your bones.

In conclusion: he must have lost some muscle mass, so the solution is to lift some weights.

If I stopped having sex with my girlfriend (wife) for two months, I'd have a right arm like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Just sayin'.
