I just made a big batch of beef stock out of a femur bone, There is still plenty to get out of them, can I freeze the bones for later?

You freeze the bones in cupcake molds? He isn't asking about the broth...

definitely! I buy all I can in bulk and freeze in separate bag "batches" ahead so I can take them out, defrost and throw them in the pressure cooker.

My fave site for bone broth recipes and she freezes too: http://nomnompaleo.com/post/16004110328/quick-pressure-cooker-bone-broth

I always freeze my bones for re-use. Eventually they will start to "wear out". I use mostly oxtail, lamb shank and neck, and chicken feet. I never save the chicken bones however; they're spent after one run.

I add the saved bones to the next stock along w/ some fresh bones. I have a rotation. After each stock I save some new bones and discard some older ones...

I personally freeze them in silicone cup cake moulds & just get them out as needed for gravy or a drink, its very convenient as you can have it everyday. I'm assuming it's ok to do this although i'm no expert
