What Paleo meals/food do you now like but would have disgusted you before?

Im surprised that I like this fish head stew recipe. I think I would have dry heaved thinking about eating a fish's head before. Super cheap too.

I also really dig bone broth. Just put in it a crock pot covered with filtered water and apple cider vinegar and let brew for about 12 to 24 hrs. Maybe add some herbs at the end and ready to go! Once again something that I would have definitely passed on pre-paleo.

Same for me. My taste changed dramatically when going from vegan to paleo : in march 2011 I ate an avocado and couldn't eat more than a spoon of it. Now I could eat 3-4 no probs. I don't do that though.

I agree. When I was a kid I hated the candy bars with shredded coconut. Now I drink coconut oil straight from the jar

I still can't handle sardines. I've tried to like them, but they just "ick" me out.

A followup note on Craig's post: for 1/2" thick strips of liver, it only takes about a minute on each side to cook them through. Don't wanna overcook that stuff! :)

My preference is to make a liver pate. Here is the recipe I use: Ingredients: 1/2 to 1 lb calf's liver chopped into 1-in strips, 3 eggs, 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 onion, 1-2 carrots (optional),Sage and/or rosemary (optional), Salt to taste. Recipe: Saute the onions and carrots in 1 tbsp butter until they're soft, Add liver and herbs and cook until the liver is just done, Crack the eggs right into the pan and stir them until they're cooked, Turn off the heat, add the remaining butter, Blend until smooth.

Not so much a what I eat but when I eat them. I wouldn't have really considered sardines or steak for breakfast before I started paleo; but now anything's game.

Honestly, I used to hate everything about coconut. Then my mother introduced me to toasted coconut and I started making curries with coconut milk, and when I went paleo I started using coconut oil. I'd consider it a staple in my diet now, haha.

Sardines used to make me gag, now no problem. I'm not up to calves liver yet, but chicken livers -- yum. Couldn't do that before. I'm on the hunt for a heart now. I think I could handle that. We'll see if I ever get to intestines. Doesn't seem likely, but I'm feeling awfully adventurous these days!
