I now have two large containers of chicken bone broth (strained, skimmed and just a bit spicy). Wanna freeze one and use one.

Could you give me any recipes that you love that start with chicken bone broth???

I want to try something new.

I usually freeze portions and make soups, but it's too hot now, so I've also been using it as a beverage. I use a half cup of gel from the fridge and fill the rest with boiling water. It's warm, but not boiling hot. I actually don't add anything. It takes the place of a cup of coffee or tea and I'll liking it much more than I thought I would.

i dont have any specific recipe for you. i just use it as i would water or wine in any recipe. lots of braising or deglazing. cant really go wrong with soup, though it might not be the best time of year for that.

If you have got it to the stage where it will gel in the fridge, heat up a mug full, salt and pepper and just drink as a beverage. Chopped herbs or crushed garlic add another level....

Not a recipe as such but when boiling mine down I reduce it by over half and freeze the cooled broth in ice cube trays. That way you can just pop one or two 'broth cubes' into all sorts of dishes to add some flavour.

Not sure if you do this already but I find it very handy.

This thai soup is a favorite of mine, it doesn't need the sugar or the cilantro and is way easier then it looks.

You could sub your broth in for the water in this smoky autumn beef brisket soup.

Ok, I know I've posted this a lot already, but it's still my favorite way to use up bone broth. Pork & Greens Recipe
