Hello! I just started making bone broth. Started with beef and it turned out wonderful! I was just wondering if anyone has ever used quail feet for chicken feet in there chicken broth? Wanted to add them for more gelatin, but don't have the chicken feet yet. I Do have access to quail feet. Didn't know if their composition was similar. They are much smaller and shaped differently, but thought they might work.
