I have chicken broth made from the carcass and bones of a chickens I roasted. I keep reading everyone's praise for nutrients from broth. Will this be good for me, or should a seek out beef bones to make beef broth? Also, if the beef bones are not grass fed is it's nutrition profile signification affected? (The veal bones I saw at WF were not grass few and currently I have been eating bone out meat)
