Fish bone broth: Use all innards?

Hello!

When making fish bone broth, could it be a good idea to use all innards of the fish in addition to the typical use of fish heads?
I'm just thinking, there must be a lot of good nutrients in all those organs, so why not use them?

What do you think are the pros/cons of using all innards for the broth?
