Could sediment at the bottom of my broth jar have given me vertigo symptoms?

I've just had a second incident of vertigo symptoms after drinking bone broth. I could not move my head up/down or left/right or the "room" would spin. This time lasting a day or two. It was pretty awful.

I don't have a history of vertigo/dizziness.

So, I've been drinking plenty of broth of all kinds: Beef bone, Chicken, Fish.

The first time this happened it was from beef broth and this past time it was chicken broth.

I do remember both times, drinking a bit of the "sediment" that settled at the bottom of the jars I keep them in. Could there be something harmful collecting there?

Do any other ingredient have that effect? I used carrots, celery, bay leaves, thyme, onion, some black pepper and salt.

The beef was CAFO, the chicken was hormone/antibiotic-free.
