Cooking unsprouted wild rice in bone broth and its affect on mineral content

If I were to cook wild rice in some bone broth would the phytic acid render the bone broth pretty much nutritionally useless (therefore wasting it) or would it act as kind of a shield and bind up all the phytic acid still leaving me with a slight net positive in minerals?

*I am asking this out of complete curiosity. I refuse to believe that I will burst into flames for simply enjoying some wild rice with my fish.
