I recently ordered a pail of broth from US Wellness, just cause it was easy. On their website it says it is prepared according to a WAPF receipe. I notice it doesn't seem to have the gelatin or fat layer so many home brewers talk about. It does have some fat globules and other meat looking stuff floating in it but not a lot. It tastes OK if you add a lot of salt, otherwise it has little taste.
Anybody else give this a try? Do you think its actually worth ingesting? I really just use it to make batches of rice. I haven't taken the jump into making my own yet.
