I am going to buy some seeds to plant. Can someone clue me in as to the differences between white-stemmed and green-stemmed and/or any other Bok Choy tips they may have? thanks

Joi Choi is the standard type as it grows fast and is quite succulent (it is white stemmed). It is best grown as a Fall vegetable, and if you have trouble germinating it in the heat germinate it indoors and move the transplants out when ready.
