So yeah, in case you weren't aware, the common approach in the bodybuilding world is "if it fits your macro", often abbreviated to IIFYM. Basically eat whatever you want (but try to make it mostly whole foods for micro-nutrition) as long as it meets your target macros (e.g. 75g fat, 100g carbs, 200g protein).
Intermittent fasting is also growing popular, often used in conjunction with IIFYM (IF+IIFYM).
I'd like to hear your rebuttal/comments on IIFYM and the article linked to above.
