Can you carb-backload everyday? (If you're thin and want to gain weight)

Hi,

I am thin and want to gain weight, via a carb-backloading program. I am thin and I could eat probably 1000g of carbs everyday, at anytime of day, but I am pursuaded that eating carbs in the evening is healthier for a variety of reasons - insuling signalling being one.

Is it OK to eat carbs even on non-workout days?

I am not concerned with gaining bodyfat - I can't - I was wondering if it would be uhealhty for any other reason to eat carbs when you don't work out according to carb-backloading science.

FYI I am 6.1 and my target weight is 79kg. Currently eating 200g of carbs per day.

Thanks in advance

*Correction for the typo in the second sentence as it won't let me edit - just so you know I am not illiterate : )

It should say,

''I could probably eat 1000g of carbs per day, at any time of day and not gain bodyfat,''
