Have you gone swimming naked since going paleo? Have you gotten more comfortable with your body image after several months of eating paleo?

lol, Juba. So that explains why family members loved going to the beach at night.

I've been doing that since I was a kid - one of the benefits of living on the water :) Just regular stuff for me.

Courtney on the Bachelor has ruined skinny-dipping for me.

Yes, the combination of paleo and CrossFit has done WONDERS for my perceived body image.

Have not yet gone skinny dipping but not opposed :) Just not in lake water.... never know what's down there!

I've swum naked in the Gulf before, but because it was a public beach, I stayed in the deeper water and kept my bikini tied to my ankle so it wouldn't float away. FELT AWESOME.

I grew up with a hippie mom who went months with barely a stitch of clothing....we swam all summer in the river, and didn't even own bathing suits. Today, I'm comfortable at a clothing optional swimming area in my birthday suit, but memories of embarrassment over my mother's inability to put clothing on in clothed situations keeps me donning a swim suit in most situations these days!

Two years of cognitive therapy along with two years of reasonably intense weight-training made me way more accepting of my body. Now I feel like "you know what, screw you people" and I've got little problem skinny dipping. I'll never be Courtney from the Bachelor (Renee, I laughed out loud) but I feel strong and strength, to me, is really hot.

Yes, my body image has improved. One of the draws to paleo for me was the benefits for my mental health for my improved physical health. I haven't ever swam much, but skinny dipping (alone or with the right person) is definitely something I would do. How else would a caveman bathe when backpacking in the wilderness?
