I'm seventeen years old, about a year and a half ago my mom introduced my family to the Paleo lifestyle. As of recently-- like 5 months-- I started swimming competitively again and work out for about an hour and a half non-stop at least 3-5 days a week. I have lost overall fat in the months that I returned to swim but I've noticed that I'm still having a hard time losing belly fat. I'm 5'3" and weigh approximately 120 lbs. I'm not nessessarily trying to lose weight but more so, bodyfat.
