Need help analyzing blood work

I have been Paleo for about 3 years now. I do 4 x week of powerlifting with 2x sprints. My sleep is decent- average 5 days a week of 7+ hours of sleep with 2 days less than 7. My job is quite stressful though. My current stats are 5'7", Age 27, 180 lbs, BF 10%. I am trying to put on some more muscle mass, but paleo + dairy and then stress has caused a flare up of acne on my shoulders. Dropped the dairy two months ago, added in sweet potato/apple sauce post workout and my shoulders have not signifcantly improved.

So bottomline: Any help from my blood panel to help get more muscle mass and/or help to get rid of my acne?

At 5'7" 180 if you are truly 10% BF, you already have a lot of muscle. Can I ask your method of testing BF?

Blood work will not add muscle mass or cure acne

FWIW, I cut down on the carbs overall and that helped me clear the last acne I had after cutting out grains completely. When I initially stopped drinking milk it improved my acne whereas I have no problem eating cheese. Just saying that sometimes it might be 'granular' than just dairy (lactose, casein etc. sensitivity)

You may have dropped dairy but are you taking supplements like cretine, BCAAs, protein powder and/or whey protein?

One issue seems to be your calcitriol and DHEA. Are you on calcitriol? What's your doc's reasoning for prescribing it? Has your cholesterol always been so low?
