does anyone know the difference between white blood cell nutrient testing (a la spectracell) and red blood cell?

is one more accurate than the other?

okay, i guess with intracellular nutrient deficiencies they'd both be accurate then if you are low. i had my rbc magnesium test (it was low) so i guess to have the spectracell wbc magnesium test would be redundant.

Wbc tests are to indicate an immune response to an infection or lack there of. RBC is to test the circulating iron and oxygen being carried thru your blood, ie;anemia. They test for two separate and different things. Therefore one can not be compared to another for accuracy.
