Has anyone heard of Immunolabs (http://www.immunolabs.com)?
They have various tests (http://www.immunolabs.com/patients/products/) to test for food allergies, etc. The "BloodPrint" (delayed reactivity) and "Airborne & Food Allergy Panel" (immediate reactivity), among sub-category testing like Candida Albicans, Anti-Gliadin Assay, Egg, Milk, H. Pylori, tTg, and Total IgE.
I'm slightly weary but just wanted to run it by the Paleohackers.
