After dietary lapses due to massive life changes and holiday weakness, I am back on a paleo diet, doing Whole 30. I'm feeling good and have lost about 7 lbs of fat since Dec 31. I'm 5'9, 165 with muscular build but still have more fat to lose (maybe 15).
I have a medical exam for work coming up in about 10 days, and haven't had a cholesterol screen probably in 20 years. Any words of wisdom going in? I'm a little worried about what my cholesterol might be, since I haven't been eating too clean until recently again. I also have no idea how I will look on paleo. Wish I had a prior baseline, but at least I'll have something from here on out.
I don't know how they do the cholesterol screen as in how far they drill down in the HDL/LDL? Should I be freaked?
I'll post my results when I get them, which I'm guessing will be in a couple weeks!
