Please help me. I used to be severe hypoglycemic and eating paleo improved my symptoms. I used to have nocturnal hypoglycemia eating the SAD, like 40 the whole night... I even ended up in the ER several times. I'm from Portugal and doctors are not very informed about the paleo diet and don't even consider reactive hypoglycemia as a real issue... So I spent an entire year blacking out without knowing what the heck was going on with me.

Now after a couple months eating a high protein breakfast and moderate protein for lunch/dinner and the occasional sweet potato/fruit, I???ve been checking my blood sugar at every single night and I have numbers like 100 at 2am. Every single night the exact number at 2am. When I wake up it???s always 70 or in the low 70???s. It seems like there is a dysregulation since this number is not optimal but I don???t know why or what can I do to improve it. Can you help me and give me your opinion on why this happens?
