Lately I've had abdominal cramps, bloating, REALLY foul tasting burps (the most unpleasant symptom), and diarrhea that's so watery it comes out like pee. It's not the first time I have had this problem, and I don't think it's food poisiong because I've eaten the same thing everyone else in the house has eaten and they're not sick. What is this disease/condition and how can I treat it?

This is exactly how I felt when my gallbladder started to get really sick. Where are the cramps? High center under ribs, or even to right under ribs?

Wow, this could be so many things it's near impossible to say.
You could have come in contact with some sort of bug, it could be a food sensitivity or some kind of digestive problem.
If you can identify foods that cause the problem repeatably, then it is more likely to be one of the latter two.
Food sensitivity may indicate leaky-gutt causing immune response but there are a lot of "ifs" to get us to this...
For now, stay hydrated, try to get some bone broth and easily digested foods down. Check out the BRAT diet: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BRAT_diet
