Sorry for creating so many topic. Just trying to sponge up as much info as possible!
Ever since taking too many NSAIDs over a year ago I have have a gnawing/hunger sensation right at my solar plexus early morning (4-6 am). At first this was very strong and painful but after some ulcer treatment it reduced massively.
However it has still been present ever since and seems to depend on how my diet is. If I am eating good non irritating food (GAPs, epi-paleo, etc) it is very light and I only notice it if I happen to wake up at that time. If I eat say a lot of dairy the gnawing sensation is a lot stronger in the morning. Also still notice this when fasting all though it is fairly light.
Any idea what this is?
