Hi, iI have been doing a lose paleo diet for the past few months as a teenager and have felt quite good... Unfortunately, recently I have been trying to gain a bit of weight due to losing too much... At first I got scared and ate a few granola bars when my calories were too low at the end of the day, then I realized it was a bad idea and just started eating more paleo foods during the day... However now I have gotten into a pattern of eating paleo for a few days or maybe one then if I try something like fruit, nuts or more carb or natural sugars I go crazy on junk food (yogurt, tortilla chips, chocolate, ice cream) and binge until I am beyond full. I tried fasting after just until I felt better to eat again and that helps but I can't seem to get out of the cycle.. And they seem to be more frequent. I have gained 2 lbs which is what I needed, but not like this! Any advice? I live with my family who always has the junk food around so it is very hard :/
