I find that if I fall off the diet and have a few days eating crap like cakes, bread etc i start to experience lots of muscle twitches and my calves are very easy to cramp.
Even when I keep taking my mineral supplements.
Do you think the grains are causing a mineral deficiency, imbalance? Or is it the sugars etc. or sodium knocking the potassium out of balance?
I'd be really interested to hear anyone's thoughts
