Anyone have a benefit of going Paelo they forgot about?

Hi I had an amazing moment last night. I woke in the night and went downstairs, I like to sit outside for a bit. Anyway I remembered for some reason last night that in the pre-Paelo days often when I would wake I would come down and have some bread, not a lot but not necessary at 3 in the morning. Since going Paelo I don't even think about food in the middle of the night.

Does anyone else have something that is a huge benefit from going Paelo that they had forgotten about?

Two in particular: Since removing gluten, I completely got rid of my cellulite...all of it! I had it in high school, believe it or not. I also got rid of my perpetual blackheads that I had on and around my nose since about the age of 5! (I am really thinking I had an intolerance all along because I had blackheads all my life until going paleo. It wasn't just a hormone puberty thing). I also think the cellulite was a product of gluten because high school seems awfully young to have it, especially for an athletic track runner!

Yup, two things:

  1. You know like that one thing
  2. And the other

Damn I wish I could remember... But they were really big.
