This depends on many factors...specifics in your diet such as what you are eating, how much water you are drinking, types of exercises, and how much your diet has changed. I had a friend switch to the Paleo lifestyle, and she did a complete 180 in her food consumption, going from carbs and processed foods at every meal to almost a Whole30. Because of this vast change, she saw tremendous weight loss in two weeks.
My advice is to not concentrate too hard on the weight/bloating, but on what you fuel your body with.
I noticed that I oddly felt bloated the first week and a half of Paleo, but realized it was because I increased my water consumption by a lot. Going into the second and third weeks, I saw and felt a reduction in stomach bloating.
