How Long for a Grain Diet to Change Beef Composition?

Some months ago, I read about a study that compared the PUFA levels in beef that was raised on pasture but then finished on grain for varying lengths of time. My memory is hazy, but I think the time periods were from two weeks up to a few months, and the conclusion was that the meat didn't change much in the first few weeks, but definitely did by the time a couple months had passed.

Has anyone else seen this study, and know where to find it? I'm having no luck finding it myself, and I'm pretty sure I didn't dream it up.

6 weeks is what I have read. Kurt Harris has the same figure cited on his blog somewhere as well.

EDIT: I should say that I mean it takes 6 weeks to go from a typical grass-fed PUFA profile to a typical grain-fed PUFA profile.
