cafo meat in south east asia

hi, i'm from Malaysia and started going paleo. However, the problem is, i can't find any grass-fed cows' fat, bones, organs. The only grass-fed beef here is lean meat, no fats whatsoever. This is because the meat is imported, so i guess they only import those particular parts.

i'm wanting to cook bone broth but can only find CAFO bones. As for organ meats, it is scarce where i am, even the CAFO ones. I"ve been dying to buy a cow heart and can't even find a CAFO one, only once in a blue moon.

Just wondering if it's ok to consume CAFO bones/organs/fats for long term?
