Beef, pork and lamb and how often to eat

S I absolutely love beef, pork and lamb and I only eat 100 percent grass fed lamb, beef and pasture raised pork from local farms that also raise them organically. But what my question is how often should I really be eating it? I almost have my perfect six pack and don't want to hurt my progress.

I only ask this because I've heard that these are harder to digest is why I only ask about these. I usually eat these meats about twice a week counting weekends for all the meats and the rest is mostly fish and chicken. Please help me out.

Thanks.

Yeah, that doesn't read right. In a condensed way, I was trying to say that "the best" (air quotes) meat comes from "green plant processing" animals.

Don't understand the high on the food chain comment. Everything you listed are all just above grass on the food chain, doesn't seem very high to me!

They are not harder to digest. That is myth. Meat digests in your small intestine, making it easier to digest than many other foods. Eat them as often as you'd like (assuming you're hungry and only eating to satiety). I can't imagine it will hurt your progress.

Daily, but not necessary every meal (if only for variety).

A great, simple rule (from PHD) is for animals sourced food to mainly eat animals that are very high on the food chain, but that themselves eat green plants -- beef/bison, lamb, goats, and many types of fish.
