This is diet related. Ideal nutrition creates the conditions for perfect health, which is reflected in our growth and the formula for phi (Phi=(1+???n)/2) has something to do with ideal growth in all things, IMO. (See http://www.beautyanalysis.com/index2_mba.htm and associated links)

So ... Anyone good at math ??

I'm looking for a way to input a couple points from the outline of, say, Sophia Loren's upper lip or eyebrow or cheek or curvaceous body, it needs to be flexible like that, and then spit out a formula for the curve. The curve has one inflection point or even better would be two.

The curve will be generated by copying a photo of Sophia (or anyone) into a program like pages or keynote where we can draw shapes. In pages the function is 'draw shape/with pen' this generates a line and the points can be modified using what I believe is a Belzier curve into a shape that matches the figure being outlined. So what I want is a way to translate that shape into a formula.

Ugh. That's sounding pretty complicated. Anyway, any ideas will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Wouldn't Sophia Loren's lip shape have much more to do with genetics than anything else?

I don't even know if that's possible. *Shrug*

Maybe the point is to associate particular features with genetic health by simplifying it to a math formula...?

The point being?

I think you're on the wrong board.
