I have been Paleo for over a year now. Maintaining a 13% Body Fat and super happy with my lifestyle. It took me about 9 months to realize how addicted to sugar I was. Amazing.
I travel internationally a lot so I have to bring my own meal replacements and snacks for planes and airports.
I do jerky, Lara bars, think thins, etc. But I have also been making my own 'bars' that after looking at the ingredients my wife smartly named "Fart Bars"!
My question is this: Should I try and market these little babies?
Here is the ingredients: Prunes, Almond Flour, Flax seed meal, raisins or dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, dried coconut, almond butter, melted coconut oil
sometimes I add other dried fruit, mashed up bananas, etc.
I make them into bars and bake them. They are awesomely delicious and super for travel and snacks from time to time.
Fart Bars coming to a shelf near you??
