Least useful/healthy fruits and vegetables?

Are there any that are truly more detrimental than good for you vitamins vs sugar content carbs etc?

A lot of folks eliminate then and then re-introduce to see if they cause problems....

How does one know if they have a problem with nightshades? What are some ill effects people get?

sorry but that's not exactly true according to this nutrition database. http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/fruits-and-fruit-juices/1846/2 Still, they are better than candy :)

I go toward the other end of the spectrum. I never understood the purpose of consuming iceberg lettuce. Not very nutritionally dense and it's tasteless!

Well Berries and Melons are often listed at the top (best). I dont understand the melon part but Berries are very benificial. Bananas are often listed at or near the bottom because of their fructose content.

Of the vegetables night shades are sometimes avoided. Vegetables high in starch are often avoided. However sometimes not avoided because they are preferable to grains...

I think bananas have a 2 to 1 ratio glocuse to fructose, so they're low in fructose.
