Most foods flare up my rheumatoid arthritis, including all meat except for fish. And turkey bacon, for some reason. Other forms of turkey flare up my joints. Chicken flares up my joints. Regular (pork) bacon flares up my joints. Turkey bacon? a-ok. Huh? This makes no sense to me.

If you've got RA perhaps AIP is the way to go? Wild salmon & fatty fish and greens. Yeah boring but my wife ate this for nearly a year.
