The boyfriend and I eat *mostly* paleo, and he's recently decided to try the Ketogenic diet for a month. I'm having SO MUCH TROUBLE making sure he gets enough to eat! Logically, we are going to increase our bacon intake. :)
My local Costco carries four or five different types of bacon, but I can't tell which ones are healthy! Nothing is organic - I don't know if organic bacon is even possible, or I suspect I'd see it everywhere.
Worst case, I'll buy five pounds of each and sample them all! But some bacon messes with my sleep and makes me dehydrated for a day or two. If anyone can give me some healthful advice, it would be much appreaciated!
