Uncured Bacon vs Steak

Which has more fat and/or would be healthier?

Only slightly. The advantage for beef is lower total PUFAs.

Bacon has more fat than most steak, but unfortunately, is not the healthier choice. It is, however, very tasty!

That's fair. However, if you add ham steak to the mix, I find that to be a less expensive and leaner food (if you remove, render, and reserve the huge amount of fat it has like I do :-) ).

If you switch the unit to nutrient/$ steak would come out way ahead. Which is what I end up doing a lot, since we're on a budget.

Beef>Pork in regards to Omega 6 to 3 ratio so the steak.

I find I do better with beef fat than with pork.
