I recently made a huge push at my business to supply In-House Honey-Cured Bacon. We make it from locally supplied pasture raised pork belly, local raw unfiltered honey, and pink sea salt. After finally making this a reality, I have customers balking and saying they would rather have sugar-free bacon altogether.
Help me out. Would you guys rather have?
Me, I'm a bigger fan of the honey cured because it uses a lot less salt and is more realistic in sense of marketing. I'm always skeptical of sugar-free things.

Sugar free for me I have tried bacon with maple syrup and bacon with no sugar... I prefer the sugar free... The majority of Paleo/Primal people will prefer sugar free

Too salty and too sweet are my 2 biggest issues with some brands of bacon.
