Getting back on track...

Long story short, I was doing Paleo a while back....since then certain things have changed/came up and I could not continue (I know, an excuse but it's the truth). I am looking for a way to get back into the swing of the Paleo lifestyle. Are there any suggestions/tips to get back into it? I have roughly 6 weeks before I have to be in the Bahamas and I'd like to be down about 20 lbs.

I'd start with a protein sparing modified fast to get rid of the water weight. Once you plateau or start feeling awful, add some carbs after workouts. Don't jump to carbs at every meal or excess calories all at once, or the weight will come back quickly. Gradually add these foods back in. A lot of this comes down to trial and error, at least in my experience. However, I would definitely start out with the protein sparing modified fast. Good luck!
